Working in a restaurant is one of the most shittest job in the world. Treatment of staff is very poor.
Its a fucking sh*t job, you have to be on your feet all day and when its busy you have to work fast with limited waiters available and your legs will be aching to the bone, the bosses and managers are scum, they don't want to know your problems and they don't care.
In the place I work for, a PFC style dine-in restaurant, they have recruited a manager who bullshitted at the interview to the bosses that he worked for various large high street chains but in this restaurant he has no skills on the floor, he only has text-book knowledge and is trying to implement it with lots of failures. One of the funniest things is the owners believed his bullshit at the interview and has handed over all responsibilities to him and that's not all, the workers are manipulating him and making a joke and mockery out of him
